COVID-19 Health & Safety Etiquette
The health and safety of our clients and team members is important to us. We have updated our Salon Etiquette procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our salons have been reorganized to ensure physically distancing, and we have placed dividers and touchless hand sanitizers at the front desk. The salons will be deep-cleaned each day.
Team members will have their temperature taken before starting work, and they will be wearing gloves and masks during your service.
When you arrive for your appointment, a member of our staff will greet you at our reception area to take your temperature with a touchless thermometer. Our reception area is temporarily closed, and we'll no longer be serving complimentary refreshments.
Clients will be provided with a disposable cape and Easydry 100% biodegradable towels for individual use. After each client's service, we'll thoroughly clean and disinfect each workstation before the next service.

Wear a Cloth Face Covering
Please wear a cloth face covering or mask to your appointment. If you're receiving a color service, we'll provide you with a disposable mask to wear.
Call or Text Before your Appointment
Please check in by calling or texting us before arriving for your appointment. We'll confirm when your stylist is ready.
Come on Your Own
Please come alone to help us maintain physical distancing among our staff and clients. Our reception area is currently closed.
Reschedule if You're not Feeling Well
If you're not feeling well prior to your appointment, please contact us to reschedule. No cancellation fee will be charged.
